Keep Running Like A Horse

Last Friday, my boss was called me to his room.
He asked me regarding to my resignation
and request me think again. Hmm.. It's hard decision.
He told me this,

He:Did you see the picture I hang in front of the office?
Me: Yes. A group of horses.
He: That picture has a deep meaning. You must not stop what you
doing. Like a horse. You must keep running. If you stop you will kicked by the others.
Me: Yes.

But I'm still with my decision. I'm quit. I want to do something better. Better living.
He offer me for increment but I think that is not important anymore.
